Special Features
RTCP Function:
The RTCP (Real-Time Correction Protocol) function provides 3D tool length compensation.
When customers calculate workpiece contour coordinates in CAM software, the system automatically calculates the tool tip position, ensuring the tool tip stays on the machining contour surface.
Turning-Milling Composite Function:
Allows five-axis milling in milling mode.
In turning mode, the C-axis spindle can switch to function as the primary spindle for high-speed rotation.
The other four axes perform four-axis linked machining, enabling efficient processing.
